Randal has over 30 years in lending and commercial banking. He has lived and worked
in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties his entire career. He specializes
in all facets of business lending including professionals, contractors, manufacturers,
and service providers. He also has a strong background in bank compliance and management.
Randal holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fort Lewis College and did graduate work at
UCSB. He also has completed the American Bankers Association Undergraduate and Graduate
Schools of Compliance. He is a native of Southern California.
