Company Profile
COMMUNITY WEST BANK, a subsidiary of Community West Bancshares, was founded in
1989 with a focus on three core competencies:
Relationship Banking,
Mortgage Lending and
SBA Lending. Keeping credit and other banking decisions local is the
key to Community West Bank’s success.
With branch offices in Santa Maria, Goleta, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and
Westlake Village the
Relationship Banking division offers a full range of business and
consumer loan and deposit products. Small to medium sized businesses,
professional firms and individual clients can choose to bank at one of the
branch offices, through online banking, or by use of convenient courier
services.
The Bank’s
Mortgage Lending division originates residential real estate loans
throughout the tri-counties and in the expanding markets of Sacramento and Lake
Tahoe. The Mortgage Banking division also has an established manufactured
housing financing program to assist with affordable housing primarily in Santa
Barbara and Ventura counties.
Community West Bank is one of the nation’s premier
Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders offering government
guaranteed loans in 10 states. As a nationally preferred lender the Bank gains
a competitive advantage allowing it to expedite loan processing and have more
decision authority than a non-preferred lender.
