Community West Bank Hosts Identity Theft Protection Event
Public invited to bring personal documents for shredding at four locations.
Goleta, California – April 20, 2010: Demonstrating a continued commitment to fighting the devastating effects of identity theft, Community West Bank is once again hosting its Identity Theft Protection and FREE shredding events in Santa Maria, Goleta, Ventura, and Westlake Village. Documents are being shredded on-site courtesy of ShredRite.
- Monday, April 26th, 11am-1pm – Santa Maria branch office – 2615 South Miller Street
- Tuesday, April 27th, 11am-1pm – Ventura branch office – 1463 South Victoria Avenue, in the Victoria Village shopping center
- Wednesday, April 28th, 11am-1pm – Westlake Village branch office – 951 Westlake Boulevard, near Mandevilla Restaurant
- Friday, April 30th, 11am-1pm – Goleta branch office - 5827 Hollister Avenue, next to the Sheriff’s old town Goleta office.
Participants will also have the opportunity to pick up valuable information provided by local law enforcement that explains measures which can be taken to protect oneself from identity theft and fraud.
