Corporate Profile

COMMUNITY WEST BANK, the subsidiary of Community West Bancshares, was founded in 1989 and focuses on three core competencies: Relationship business banking, Manufactured Housing lending and SBA Lending. Keeping credit and other banking decisions local is the key to Community West Bank’s success.

With branch offices in Santa Maria, Goleta, Santa Barbara, Ventura and Westlake Village and a Loan Production office in San Luis Obispo, the Relationship Banking division offers a full range of business, land acquisition, agricultural and consumer loan and deposit products. Small to medium sized businesses, professional firms and individual clients can choose to bank at one of the branch offices.

The Bank’s Manufactured Housing division has an established manufactured housing financing program to assist with affordable housing primarily in Santa Barbara, Ventura and San Luis Obispo counties.

Community West Bank is one of the nation’s premier Small Business Administration (SBA) lenders offering government-guaranteed loans. As a nationally preferred lender, the Bank gains a competitive advantage allowing it to expedite loan processing and have more decision authority than a non-preferred lender.

A key strength of Community West Bank is the people. The Board of Directors is comprised of some of the most experienced business people in the marketplace. The employees are experienced, dedicated and committed to serving the communities. It is primarily through their efforts that the Bank’s mission of being the bank of choice in the communities it serves and providing extraordinary customer service is consistently delivered.
