| Ken Doss moved to Santa Barbara in 1985 initially working in commercial real estate sales. For the last eighteen years, Ken has worked in the mortgage lending industry specializing residential loans for 1-4 unit properties. Ken holds a California real estate license. He is a board member for Santa Barbara Beautiful and is also affiliated with Santa Barbara Contractors Association and the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors Government Relations Committee.
