LeRoy has over 35 years of banking experience and has been involved specifically in Commercial Lending since 1976.  His experience includes positions with both national, regional and community banks where he has consistently met the needs of his clients.  He has assisted clients in meeting their financial goals through Commercial Real Estate financing, Equipment Loans, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit and business consultation.  LeRoy is a County resident with a BS degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Finance from the University of Phoenix.

David has been a lending professional in the Santa Barbara market since 1981 and an employee of Community West Bank since 1994. As the bank’s senior real estate lender, he specializes in commercial real estate, including: bank portfolio permanent loans, land, development and construction. David is also a seasoned business relationship lender with a record of helping small business owners with business acquisition and expansion. David sits on the loan committees of California Coastal Rural Development Corporation and Women’s Economic Ventures’ Small Business Loan Fund.

Catharine brings over 20 years of commercial lending experience along with a collegiate career as a lecturer at both UCSB Extension and Santa Barbara City College. Her courses include Global Business and Management, Strategic Business Planning, and Small Business Management. Along with her business lending expertise, Catharine has extensive construction, business acquisition and business expansion lending experience. Catharine is on the Board of the Santa Barbara Athletic Roundtable and the Santa Barbara High School PTSA. She holds a BA in Economics and History from UCLA and an MBA from Drake University.

Dan has over 30 years of banking experience, primarily with community banks. His areas of experience in the commercial loan field include term and equipment loans, revolving lines of credit and commercial real estate. He also has extensive hands on knowledge in the commercial, residential and development construction fields. Originally from Michigan, Dan has a BS degree, with an economics minor, from Michigan State University .

Bob brings over 40 years of business experience in financial management, sales, and investment banking to Community West Bank. As a 30 year resident of the Santa Maria Valley, he has been involved in various aspects of the economic, social and political landscape of Northern Santa Barbara County. Bob has served on the Santa Maria City Council since 1986 and on numerous boards of non-profit groups including United Way of the Central Coast, Fighting Back Santa Maria Valley Coalition (Teen Anti-substance Abuse), and the Santa Maria Valley Youth Soccer League. Bob is a Santa Maria Breakfast Rotarian and a United States Jaycees Ambassador and holds a BS degree in Business, from the University of Arizona, Tucson.

George has over 27 years of commercial banking and bank lending experience. He has worked in Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties for most of his career. He specializes in all facets of business lending, commercial real estate lending, and lending to professionals in the medical community. George is also experienced in providing banking services to homeowner associations (HOA) and is qualified to underwrite homeowner association loans. George is a Santa Barbara native and is a graduate of the California Banking School.

Don has over 30 years of banking experience. He started his career on Cape Cod where he worked for the Cape Cod Bank and Trust Company in various capacities. This would include from the teller position to the Chief Credit Officer. He then became market president for a regional bank in Sarasota, Florida, where he helped them grow from a 10 branch office bank to well over 100. This was through mergers and acquisitions. He then became Chief Executive Officer of a Bank in North Carolina. This bank operated offices in 3 states and had assets of $1.6 billion dollars. During his years in banking his expertise has been structuring the proper loan for the proper purpose and business development. Don has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and also an M.B.A.

Dan has 27 years of banking experience. He started his career with Security Pacific Bank in the San Joaquin Valley working as an agricultural lending specialist. From there he joined the Farm Credit System for several years as an agricultural lender working in the wine region of Northern California before relocating to Ventura County in 1984. He began his commercial lending career in Ventura County in 1989 where he worked as a commercial lending officer at a local community bank. He now specializes in meeting the short and long term financing needs of all types of businesses. Dan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from California State University Fresno.
