Alex has over 7 years of banking experience specializing in commercial credit analysis and portfolio relationship management. He has spent much of his career in Los Angeles and Phoenix, working in both the Middle Market and Commercial Real Estate departments of a large commercial bank. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Financial Analyst. Alex is also a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Mike has over 25 years of banking experience in the Santa Barbara Market primarily specializing in commercial lending and business relationship management. His focus is on providing credit and cash management solutions to local Businesses and Real Estate Investors. Mike received his B.S. in Business Finance from Cal State Long Beach and enjoys volunteering his time to local non-profits, and youth sports organizations.

Catharine brings over 20 years of commercial lending experience along with a collegiate career as a lecturer at both UCSB Extension and Santa Barbara City College. Her courses include Global Business and Management, Strategic Business Planning, and Small Business Management. Along with her business lending expertise, Catharine has extensive construction, business acquisition and business expansion lending experience. Catharine is on the Board of the Santa Barbara Athletic Roundtable and the Santa Barbara High School PTSA. She holds a BA in Economics and History from UCLA and an MBA from Drake University.

Ruth Moran has over 14 years of banking experience with 10 of those years as a commercial lender. Much of Ruth’s experience has been with working with a local non profit that provides loan capital and other financial services to businesses and farms located in the Central Coast. She has also worked in mortgage lending providing home loans to the Santa Maria and Lompoc Valley. Ruth is bilingual in Spanish and graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara earning a Bachelor’s degree. She also holds a California Real Estate license and is active in her local community assisting with fund raisers at the local schools and community church.

Randal has over 30 years in lending and commercial banking. He has lived and worked in Santa Barbara, Ventura and Los Angeles Counties his entire career. He specializes in all facets of business lending including professionals, contractors, manufacturers, and service providers. He also has a strong background in bank compliance and management. Randal holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Fort Lewis College and did graduate work at UCSB. He also has completed the American Bankers Association Undergraduate and Graduate Schools of Compliance. He is a native of Southern California.

Lori has over 25 years of banking experience with over 10 years specializing in commercial lending and business relationship management. She has worked most of her career in Ventura County providing business loans, lines of credit and commercial real estate loans to the business community and business professionals.

Lori is active in her community serving on Boards for two local non profit organizations; the Thousand Oaks Philharmonic which is an organization that provides a platform for talented young musicians to perform as a soloist with a professional orchestra and the Housing for the Visual Art s serving the Conejo and Las Virgenes area. She is also active in her local Rotary Club. Lori holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
