What is the MoneyPass Network?
The MoneyPass Network offers over 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs nationwide located where you live, work and travel that you can use fee-free.
What's an ATM surcharge fee? A surcharge fee is a fee that is charged to cardholders by the owner of an ATM. The surcharge fee may be as high as $5.00. You can now use your Community West Bank debit card at MoneyPass ATMs to avoid paying that surcharge fee. You will be charged a fee for using an ATM outside the MoneyPass Network. Refer to the schedule of fees.
How do I know if an ATM is part of the MoneyPass ATM Network?

Where are MoneyPass ATMs located?
MoneyPass surcharge-free ATMs are only to be found within the United States and Puerto Rico.
How do I know if I am at a MoneyPass ATM so I won't be charged a fee?
The ATM should have the MoneyPass symbol on the ATM. You can also use the ATM Locator
What fee will I be charged if I use an ATM not part of the MoneyPass Network?
If you use a foreign ATM (an ATM that is not part of the MoneyPass Network), you will be charged a $2.00 Foreign ATM fee from Community West Bank. The ATM owner may also charge a fee for the transaction in addition to CWB's fee.
I was charged a fee at an ATM that I believed to be a surcharge-free MoneyPass ATM. What can I do?
If you used your Community West Bank debit card and believe that you were charged a fee at a MoneyPass ATM, please contact Community West Bank's customer Service Department at (800) 298-1775.
