1) Substantial penalties may apply for each withdrawal of funds from a time deposit.

2) No interest earned on days balance falls below $2,000 for a Standard Certificate of Deposit. If the account is closed prior to the interest payment period, interest will not be received. This account is a tiered-rate account. The interest rate and annual percentage yield for your account depends upon the applicable rate tier. We may change the interest rate on your account at any time.
