These Quick Facts will guide you through the transition until United Security Bank operations are fully integrated into Community West Bank. We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible, and our team of bankers will help you every step of the way.
Your Day-to-Day Banking Remains the Same
- Continue banking at United Security Bank locations.
- Community West Bank Banking Centers will not be able to process your banking transactions until after system integration.
Online Banking & Website
- Continue using www.unitedsecuritybank.com to access personal and business online banking.
- Products, services, and support remain unchanged.
- Some webpages will redirect to Community West Bank for company information (about the combined bank, careers, and shareholder relations).
Signage Updates
- Community West Bank signage (exterior, ITM/ATM, and interior) will begin appearing at United Security Bank locations through the coming months.
Systems Conversion (summer 2026)
- A detailed Information Guide will be provided in advance.
- Our team will support you before, during, and after, the conversion.
