Under the leadership of Sam Bruce, President & CEO, the businesses have stayed 100% family-owned and built a strong reputation for quality craftsmanship while investing in its employees, its industry, and the community it calls home.

The company's commitment extends well beyond its own operations. Bruce currently serves as Chairman of the Board of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) and previously served as the organization's president. Through his involvement with the NTCA, he has advocated for professional education, higher industry standards, workforce development, and continued advancement of the tile contracting profession.

Visalia Ceramic Tile is also an NTCA Five-Star Accredited Contractor, a distinction recognizing contractors committed to industry best practices, ongoing training, and excellence in tile installation.
